Returns & Refund Policy
Damaged Product
In the event of receiving a damaged product, kindly adhere to the following procedure for a refund or replacement:
Report the incident within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting us via email at orders@kudumikkarar.com or through WhatsApp at - 70103 01789. Ensure your email contains the following details:
Order Number
Image of the outer package
Clear image of the damaged product
If your order comprises multiple items, only the affected item will be eligible for a refund/replacement.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of its status within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
Missing Products/Wrong Products
Should you receive missing or incorrect products, kindly follow these steps:
Report the incident within 7 days from the delivery date by reaching out to us via email at orders@kudumikkarar.com or through WhatsApp at - 70103 01789. Your email should contain the following information:
Order Number
Image of the outer package
Image of the opened box with all the products received
Unboxing video or opening video of the package
We will promptly re-ship the missing item. In the case of a wrong item delivered, we will arrange for pick-up from your address, and the correct product will be dispatched to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.
The escalation will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
Note: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it for the correct one, please be aware that the pickup and delivery charges will be extra.
Quality Issues
Should you encounter quality issues such as improperly sealed or expired products, please follow these steps:
Report the incident within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting us via email at orders@kudumikkarar.com or through WhatsApp at - 70103 01789. In your email, include the following details:
Order Number
Date of packaging/date of manufacture
Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
Upon receiving your request, we will notify you of its status within 24 to 48 hours.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as when received.
It must be unused.
It must be in its original packaging.
